Well in any case I have a hard time imagining that the framework you're using is really the cause of your main problem, the lack of users.

What framework are you using? What are the features you can't implement with it?

That's absolutely not the case, I just tried their games with all plugins disabled in Chrome and it works perfectly. This looks like a great engine!

I've had the same problem on my windows phone. I think it's an issue with StartSSL certs that are not trusted as much as others.

I don't use IDEA but Jetbrains does make amazing tools. I couldn't survive without Resharper.

On the other hand I guess you could probably write a nice library that uses curl under the hood, here it's just a case of ugly design.

Yep, it apparently triggers quirks mode in IE9. Probably because of the missing doctype ?

You might want to rephrase this as "In Paris".

I'd be very happy to make 2200€. I'm in France, and I'm paid barely above minimum wage. Granted, I don't have a very high level of college education, but even so, I made more when I had a job in a factory a few years ago. And the job market

Nice trolling you did here. Though I wouldn't like JS becoming more Java-like.. Or Dart-like for that matter.

This might be very interesting if it's implemented in a sane way. Unfortunately there doesn't seem to be a very widely-adopted standard in the world of open data for now..

This framework looks nice and very well documented. I'll probably try it out next time I need to write something in PHP. The code bits I've seen in the docs look nearly elegant. At last, PHP's ecosystem starts to look a bit more enjoyable.

Well last I checked (which is now quite a while back) it seemed far less polished and stable. However I'd probably have to try it again, according to what I can see on the project's page it seems to have improved a lot.

That's pure speculation but I'd guess the editor simply uses a div with the contenteditable attribute set to true. Edit : Okay, so much for speculation.

By "I don't like git", I mostly meant that git's not my favourite VCS, not that I'd refuse to use it or actively advocate against it or anything. I'll always use what's most convenient for the team as a whole. The point was that when I have

I see your point, and I'd much rather see git become a standard rather than a Visual Source Safe clone. At work I chose (yeah, there was no VCS in use before that) mercurial mainly because we're a small .NET shop, and a nice GUI like Torto

While I'm all for abandoning old and often awful VCSs, I do think there's room for some diversity. Git's not really my thing, and I'm happy to be able to use an alternative. Most DVCSs work in very similar ways, and for standard use, I don

Some ideas seem kind of interesting, like the HUD thingy, but I very much doubt it will be enough to bring disappointed users back to using Ubuntu. Xubuntu is quite good if you're looking for something close to the gnome 2 experience.
