For me, it helps to cut out sugar. I cannot say that I suddenly feel like a new person or anything after a while without sugar, but there is definitely a lift of my my baseline mental stamina, when it comes to handling everyday situations.

I remember being able to see clearly under water, when I was a kid. I was however sure this was not a correct memory, but maybe it was anyway. Grew up near the ocean and swam almost every day.

Around 1.5 hours today each direction, but I am commuting to a different country and have to cross a bridge. Back then it was 1 hour or so - maybe a little less if traffic was good.

Not the enterprise way, I know, but if they really really wanted those screws couldn't they just have gotten on an airplane and hand carried them back to the manufacturing site? Probably could fit into a standard luggage container.
