I suffered from depression and could not do anything for many years. I knew exactly what to do but could not put “pen to paper” and execute. Wish people took mental health more seriously and I don’t mean taking meds. Depression can reduce s

So now you’re saying there are constraints? You just said there are no limits. You can run infinite containers. Why did you lie about this magic?

> You do realize that there is virtually no overhead in running containers, right? That's the entire point of their existence. No, I didn’t know running containers used “virtually no overhead.” It appears I can run millions of conta

I understand your point but I basically find myself running all my agents in barebones containers and they’re basically short-run make-or-kill types. And once we ramp up agent counts, possibly into the thousands, that could add up rapidly.

I think it would be cool to see *nix “emulation” integrated into coding AIs. I don’t think it’s necessary to run these agents inside of container as most people are right now. That’s a lot of overhead.

We are pretty close to replicating compression in AI. At the end of the day, you’re better off capturing more info/detail and post-process. You also have to think about re-processing images down the road when tech improves.

I agree with you. Violence is never the answer. Same goes for all the wars including the ones going on right now. And same for implicit and explicit violence and physical harm to make money.

They’ve been doing this for, what, 14 years now since Jobs passed. I fail to see anything substantially new since then. They’re quite literally milking the cash cow at this point. They became the company the old Apple fans despised.

I think many Asian companies underestimate how bad labor is in red states. It’s really a deal breaker for high skilled labor. You cannot teach or train these people. It’s cultural more than anything. There is a reason why they had to bring

If US invested in training and education, we might have the necessary labor to lead manufacturing. Sadly, that’s not the case. However, this country loves to give out jobs to immigrants even in cases where you’re looking at equal talent. Lo

I think it’s hilarious that CCP companies tout 996. Wasn’t the whole point of communism to avoid slave labor? Let me tell you there’s at least two thousand years of enterprise history to demonstrate how people sucker others to do work for e

Polars is certainly better than pandas doing things locally. But that is a low bar. I’ve not had great experience using Polars on large enough datasets. I almost always end up using duckdb. If I am using SQL at the end of the day, why bothe
