Clearly ChatGPT should not be used for this purpose but I will say this industry (counseling) is also deeply flawed. They are also mis-incentivized in many parts of the world. And if ChatGPT is basing its interactions on the same scripted c

Didn’t you guys on Silicon Valley vote for this? If I remember correctly, this whole thing was managed by the libertarians of the tech industry. Own it.

Not sure what new things this would provide. I was hoping this is related to front-end dev (because I don't want to deal with JS headaches) but was disappointed when I read the descriptions.

AMD needs to put out a reference motherboard to pair with their chips. They’re basically relying on third-party “manufacturers” to put up R&D. We have decades of these mobo manufacturers doing bare min churning out crappy quality mobos.

So I can’t use my Superlight mouse with this receiver. This is so frustrating.

This must be new? I checked about a month or two ago and ended up buying other products. Well I stand corrected and hopefully I can finally use my mice on my Macbook. Thank you!

Logitech still refuses to make USB-C dongle/receiver. And every time I bring it up there’s always someone who says use USB-A. Yeah, duh. I am forced to use it. Five years ago they tried to make it sound like it was the USB-C standard b

That’s what a lot of people are missing about AI. You can do an exhaustive search which is effectively AGI. You already solved for a “solution” it’s simply a matter of searching for it. We are pretty close.

Ok. I am glad you feel safe as a pedestrian but what does all that have to do with autonomous vehicles. I am native to NYC. SFO has 800K people. NYC is literally 10x the size. Nice comparison.

That type of tolerance in moving vehicles will take at least a decade.

I don’t think people commenting and downvoting us realize how things are in NYC. Not only do you have to deal with insane chaos you also have to deal with malicious drivers. Hit-and-run in NYC is shockingly high because it’s a no-fault stat

Incrementally learning model is pretty hard. That’s actually something I am working on right now and it’s completely different from developing/implementing LLMs.

I think a lot of people got on the Go train because of Google and not necessarily because it was good. There was a big adoption in Chinese tech scene for example. I personally think Rust/Go/Zig and other modern languages suffer a

Well they quite literally steal everything you push out. Anyone who’s done it out in the wide open knows this reality. Sometimes they will have the copy out faster than you. What’s the point? And customers do not care at all. I heard it so

Maybe don’t take its responses so personally? You’re the one anthropomorphizing an LLM bot. Again, it’s just part of the product. If you went to a restaurant and your server was extra nice but superficial you wouldn’t constantly complain ab

I don’t know how you can say that with a straight face. It’s simply not the best and by a wide margin. No one doing any significant agentic workflow would consider GPT-5 over Sonnet 4. Not even close.

Sorry to be harsh but that just sounds ignorant. LLM can be a great tool to speed up your learning process especially for devs. It can help me get over blocks that used to take me half a day of digging through docs and codes.
