So no, you don't have a better grasp of antitrust law than the Apple legal team. If they thought they were in the wrong they wouldn't do any of this. It's such a stupid trope in any case.

Single payer in the UK has already led to doctor shortages, so I'm not sure what point you're trying to make. There's many ways to get to a shortage, cartels and single payer are but two.
