I just would absolutely love to give a +1 for jo-engine. It’s an insanely strong dev kit for Saturn games with great built in features like tilemap support, basic collision detection; a sprite converter - and a handful of incredible tutor

But Amazon is one of the largest companies in the world - Crunchyroll has an excuse. Amazon doesn’t. My girlfriend’s smart TV runs WebOS and if we have to use Prime for some reason it’s easier to plug the laptop in via HDMI and do it via a

While this is great news; I unfortunately have to wonder how effective this is going to be. We need likely a much, much larger subset of farmers joining such a class action lawsuit - ideally from as many states as possible - to get this to

I actually still use a quad core G5 with 16GB(!) of RAM, and 2x1TB SSDs for some audio production work in Logic 9. 64-bit started for me back when the G5 came out, and today that G5 screams , easily feeling as responsive as my girlfriend’s

I’ve basically stopped at my SEGA Saturn, gaming tech wise. I used to carry a Game Boy Color from about when I was 20 to when I was 26. Recently, my girlfriend gave me some weird crummy little NES/GBC emulator device from AliBaba and I

It’s a shame the proprietary nature of the Dreamcast’s GD-ROMs makes it impractical for us to actually have a disc-based solution for Dreamcast support with official games. As far as I can see, there’s no real solution to this?
