Nothing but the opposites of AM are being implemented, as taught by consultants. Interesting to note as fake agility gained traction, budgets and power concentrated to top leadership only. To be fair though, not sure how to turn a tanker wi

I've seen good intentioned leaders open up a group with such activities. I've yet to see concrete value. The current MBA leadership culture is just counter to creativity, innovation and safety.

Trying to use Go as a declarative language seems to me ill-suited. The language works best when fully embracing imperative forms. You can use interface, composition and function values for effectful stuff, but it's no DSL.

You can't claw down leaders without tearing down the foundations. The mob is just ignorant how things really work.

Not really. I am actually accusing the previous President of the United States of criminal conduct and neglect (ref. the many cases against this person).

People were clearly misled. So intention is on the leadership that misled them. That intent was to change the election outcome by means outside the constitution and Law, under coercion and threat of violence.

The intent, plan and execution was geared toward changing the official election outcome, using violence and force to disrupt the constitutional process.

Yes, after months of grooming, even before the election was conducted. If people knew there were problems beforehand, why did the people in charge fail to do preventative measures? Merits of that leadership: Failing to improve the election

The organisation was abysmal, people were led astray and lied to. But the threat and originating intent to forcibly change the election outcome was real.

It's an overreaction to a failed coup. The problem is the power itself, who can wield it or foresee the consequences? As another poster says here. It's the design of these social platforms that pose risks and harm, both to individ

That letter is just racist and discriminatory. In fact, the basis is; because someone is white, use that to fire someone you don't like? That's illegal. No point trying to attach political content to such drivel. So yeah, that &qu

Useful to whom? Who reads that fluff? Sorry, but unless there's a larger multi-year strategy, which would be ill-suited for ICs, this is just HR incompetence at work.

There are two obvious answers: 1) Companies wants work done for free and managers heard some rumor "setting goals is good". Anyway, there's no choice for every party involved: Mythical work gets added in addition to work wher

What is creating the chaos outside the "developer bubble"? Is progress well managed, or not. So we reward visible work. The higher flames in Ops the better, to not be invisible. This is why manager must have domain knowledge.
