Maybe it was lost in translation of the quote, I believe those were references to the names of actual executives: Mark (Zuckerberg), Jeff (Bezos), Jack (Dorsey)

One aspect can be that it turns the audio itself into a physical medium that decays with environment. There are related factors to how audio is reproduced from analog formats as well that change the character of the sound. Perfect fidelity

If we are getting semantic, the "feel" part seems to be intrinsic to the definition of entitled: "adjective: entitled believing oneself to be inherently deserving of privileges or special treatment."

Rewarding failure can have pitfalls (if we mean something like customer impacting fallout). You may then be encouraging people that create broken things over people that more quietly create well-functioning things the first time around. Ena

I don't necessarily disagree, but I think you start getting into challenging grey area with pre-existing conditions. Is being overweight a consumer responsibility but an auto-immune disease isn't? How do you effectively draw a lin

The trick all recipe writers use is the recipe time assumes you are mise-en-place, that all your ingredients are prepared for the recipe ahead of the recipe time. I'm fairly certain Blue Apron and such are no different.

I think part of this is because of company/domain knowledge. It may not be that the person is necessarily "senior" level generic technological talent, but they have built up deep knowledge of the companies systems to become a

I think it's more insidious than that. Of course it's not done on earned income. That would be too transparent for the general public to see. Instead you create a lot of financial instruments with varying degrees of complication t

Is actor-based really considered top level for Scala? Akka is still a framework and not in the language itself, I'd argue the core concurrency is Java-based thread pooling enriched with Scala's Future type. That said, I do agree t

If your workload can generally run in a non-distributed manner, then the operational overhead of dealing with Spark versus simpler paradigms will be expensive. That has been my first hand experience.

I'm not sure if I understood what you meant with layering drum hits. If you mean being able with a single trigger to have layered samples go off that form a drum hit like a snare or bass, then some drum samplers come to mind like Geist

That would be entirely true if equity were handled the same way as it was in 1999. To be fair, I wasn't there to know for sure and can only base this off what I've read. As I understand it equity has changed, almost in the opposit

I've seen this exact case of trying to replace the front end with React. Then the recent economic climate lead to pretty much the entire team getting axed since the pre-existing codebase was working, just messy and not cutting edge.
