We got to stay actively informed to be eating good stuff way sooner than the official position of the government about various foods. There are so much bad stuff in the typical supermarket. One way is reading the "right" books.

The book "Fiber Fueled" by Will Bulsiewicz is an excellent source of information regarding the gut microbiota and its importance. I highly recommend it.

Walking fast with a steep slope is a good way to exercise I think. Andrew Weil even wrote that walking is a complete form of exercise: you don't need anything else to be a good athlete. But I guess it is a long hard walk, not a short e

XSLT 1.0 is an old tech but not the more recent versions. IMO it is very powerful, as is XQuery, to handle XML documents in various ways.

That's funny. Exactly, in french we pronounce z like zed and so that allows us to keep the funny part. Even funnier than "pigs". Thanks

Speaking of macOS, I like the Hex Fiend application to display/edit files in hexadecimal (though it cannot be used on the command line).

You reminded me of Pascal. I used it at school in 1994 (on an IBM RS/6000 I think). I was planning to do the AoC in Shen (I already know Scheme) but you make me want to do it also in Pascal. Thanks for sharing your solutions. The prese

Haha the Brainfuck analogy was funny. Note that in programming languages it looks like Log denotes Ln. Anyway, Log_b(x) = Log_a(x) / Lob_a(b), so we're covered.
