Housecleaning is a very common stand alone service, and grocery shopping/delivery is fairly easy now too. Do you really want an individual, or just a service?

Have you considered just how much of the international surplus the US produces, and how much of the total production it currently consumes? I suspect running the numbers would indicate a clear international need for the US breadbasket, and

My wife understood my concerns, and she really wanted a diamond that was left to her by her grandmother. Easy compromise with a custom ring. ( I also managed to accidentally end two relationships that were already going in the wrong direct

Yes, US disability and far too many government benefits are setup in a way that can actively discourage people from self improvement or trying harder. Where are the fade outs, and the incentives that will reward you for getting off the syst

As a swing dancer / salsa dancer, the best approach I found is to stick with one dance, and practice it repeatedly ... say every weekend for a month. You need to get to the point where you're not focused on your footwork in order

As has already been stated, "How to win friends and influence people" is probably your best bet. However you'd be better off finding a way to practice your skills. A couple things to realize: many people are lonely (like you), and like to

I've done salsa, but always preferred swing. At least in Philly, the salsa crowd takes it self far more seriously, and the swing dancing crowd seems to attract more of an intellectual crowd. On the same note, the salsa events tend to be at
