As bulky and slow as Wordpress is, it's still dead-simple to set up and start publishing with. Many people value that convenience.

The only goal of the website is to deliver kitten GIFs and IPv4 addresses. It does not send an SSL certificate, pursuant to that goal.

Yes, thank you. EDIT: We are back.

I am able to be neither a beggar nor a chooser with the API that I am leveraging to geo-code the IP addresses, because I am not paying for it! Either way, thank you for letting me know about non-US use-cases.

I feel this is an appropriate place for a shameless plug about my website, http://ipkitten.com . It offers valuable IPv4 information while also offering a kitten GIF. No ads, no tracking; just cats and IP addresses. Zero lines of

While I certainly wish for better conditions for these drivers (and in a grander sense, the entire gig economy), I also worry about the price sensitivity of riders when they go to use these apps: There are tons of users that will make their

"should be fa[i]rly easy to find" Nope. It's just not that easy. Why do you think the biggest companies on the planet struggle so mightily to reliably and un-controversially figure out what content to block.

Because the vast majority of the customers that walk through these buy-here pay-here places' doors already have loans on their vehicle and are looking to upgrade. "Kelly Blue Book" is not a phrase used very often by their sal

Why is "do a coding bootcamp" the common refrain from tech workers trying to help non-tech people?

I can absolutely confirm this. I have done work (not on this particular type of system, however) for many small-to-medium car dealerships, and they will spend roughly $400 to equip many of the vehicles in their inventory with ignition inter

CreditCards.com does a great job comparing different cards, and if I was in a credit-challenged situation I would go for the Discover It Secured card, which offers 2% back on all purchases.
45.
by lemcoe9 7y ago
There are already dozens of secured credit cards for the credit-challenged: https://www.creditcards.com/secured/ The 5% back on Amazon.com purchases would give a slight edge to this new secured card.

by lemcoe9 7y ago
You get the 5% cashback on Amazon.com purchases. That would appear to be the real value-add here, because you would also get that cashback reward using the non-secured and well-established Amazon.com credit card.

SIP over TLS (which uses SRTP) is great, but as soon as it hits a vendor downstream that doesn't support it, it immediately gets trans-coded into plain-ole-SIP and is just as insecure as any other VoIP call. This is not a solution by a
