Where are you buying rental houses for $42k?
- irrational 7y agoMaybe Detroit? Though I hear houses are closer to $10k there.
- g00s3_caLL_x2 7y agoInner city. There are always cheap rentals if you look around. I'm landlocked with no beaches. This helps costs tremendously.
