To me the TFA I've read says they've tested what is convenient for them: cloud compute node, chromebook (which are not desktop in the traditional sens) and phone. Which is fine since it suits their needs. But I maintain it needs m

Well, you are just confirming parent's affirmation. Not everybody uses the cloud. A database like PostgreSQL very much has local file storage usage and hence very high page cache usage. Or am I missing something ?

You have a point about ageism, but you also make quite a condescending mistake of your own. You could have say "less tech savvy" than "dumber than average". It is not because you don't master something that you did

I stand corrected. So what happen if a major bug is found late in the process ? I suppose either the feature is dropped for this release or the release delayed until the bug is fixed and the feature is kept. Do you know which is it ?

Django 3.2 has only been released as a beta 1. Title is a bit click-baity and feature set can still evolve.

> quadratic is a fancy way of saying "this code is super fast with no data, super slow once you have a decent amount" Well, that is an abuse of the term, by people that sometimes don't actually know what that really means.

But is quadratic the real issue ? Isn't that a developer answer ? The best algorithm for small, medium or a large size are not the same and generally behave poorly in the other cases. And what is small? Medium? Large? The truth is that

That might be what RedHat wishes it to be and push for. Does not mean they're right and that it won't fail. Big opportunity for badly packaged crap and security nightmare.

No, it's really not. The spoken French has simplified over time and lost nuances in the process. It also shows if you compare tv news from the fifties and now. The parent remark is not about accent.
