When I was a kid, I bought a box of thumb tacks at the dollar store. When I got home and was using them, I suddenly got very sad: I started thinking about the people who assembled the tacks and put them in the boxes. Being naïve at that age

I read it as a mixed call to boycott (and shaming) together with an appeal to CertSimple's expertise; "I don't see you actually having any startups, and thus your opinion is meaningless. If you do have a startup you certainly

Lean manufacturing works right up to the point where one of your vendors gives you a bad part. Your choice is to either shut down a line or have excess backup supplies at which point there's no need to have been lean.

To what degree would you say your idea was influenced by Notch's cancelled 0x10C? Not a criticism, it's actually a game I truly want to see made.

Would we be better had we never harnessed electricity, built a computer, or designed a camera? If the social conscience of technology depends on whether or not something can be used for bad intentions, why pursue anything? Farming advances

My parents have been capped at 1.5 mbps (in practice closer to 768 mbps) since around 2003, and they're about 1/3 to 1/2 a mile away from the closest box. Over the years I've made multiple requests that resulted in impro
