I really enjoyed this talk (and many of his other talks) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xFVDNTXIC_Y The speaker is Pieter Hintjens and the Conference is "Coding Serbia 2014". He has many interesting perspectives,

I figured as such...I just use Github Pages with my own domain, develop on one branch and push changes to gh_pages...and done. Simple and fast.

If you're just hosting a static blog website/personal site - is it really worth using Travis on it? I've yet to use it on mine and curious if I should start essentially.

How big of a difference did Dvorak make for you? While I feel no pain at all I'm pretty paranoid about getting any pain/RSI in the coming years (recent graduate now working full time)

I used to exclusively use Skype for talking to friends, but most stopped using it ~2 years ago. I don't have a need for Whatsapp - although I hear it's super popular outside of the US. Now I mainly use Google Hangouts, but I alway

I thought ICQ died off long ago - much like MSN Messenger faded away years ago. Does anyone still use it?

Flexible hours would be nice, but I would dislike the difference in pay. Although the commute and downtime play a factor into time wasted during my day - I can't really justify a pay cut to work less hours. I've heard working in

I can see some people being opposed to spending time outside of work - talking about tech/work stuff though. (I'm not included in this group).

This morning when I voted I was surprised that it was hardly a "booth". It had sides to the screen to attempt to block it from view, but it you turn your head you could see the screen next to you - and their screen.

I'm the exact same way I'm still very new in my career - I often hear co-workers say "The last thing I want to see/do when I go home is a computer" I'm the exact opposite of that. I work full time as a program
