you could try out some classes at the local community college. I know that they tend to have working professionals teaching course, so if you're taking a class like drawing, or finance, where the teacher having professional make a diff

I've started keeping a 32 oz water bottle next to me at my desk and that helps. I drink a lot of tea throughout the day, and having a huge bottle that I fill up in the morning helps me track my water intake. I also use f.lux to change

I'll echo the rest of the people's comment and say Python. It's reasonably easy to pick up, and is really versatile. I personally use it for some backend work, and it's a joy to use. One language that I am intrigued by

I agree with this. Definitely learn to push back. I've been in a similar situation albeit in aviation systems engineering. The way I dealt with a lot of incoming request was to always point out that I had things that were already on
