Surprised is hasn't been mentioned, but KeePass has the ability to generate the TOTP codes as well. Database is stored encrypted and on your device. Use SyncThing and sync your database across multiple devices securely. Lots of cross-p

From a completely objective and scientific viewpoint, I think it's incredibly difficult to posit that life begins at any other point other than conception. After that it's just a matter of how "done" they are. The Human

I'm assuming you were downvoted for your first point. Not sure why as it is true. There are two sides to the equation. As for the second point, it's always better to plan for children, but people can step up to the challenge to be

I don't really know, but it's pretty odd. Especially since there already was Girl Scouts, which seems to be nearly the same. I think likely there are quite a few reasons, but personally I'd say it's because it seems like

The following is entirely my opinion, and not based on empirical evidence, with that said... I think the issue is that a lot of people don't believe they have a choice. When you are getting hired, make a point that you are not willing

I think this is accurate. I'm pretty technical but with no formal education on programming. Currently I can only tinker with programming in my free time. There are a lot of huge gaps in my knowledge and it sucks sometimes, but at least

Unless I'm a lawyer, I wouldn't trust myself to ensure I'm compliant with all laws. Would probably have to hire lawyers/do an audit which if you're just starting out might not have much money for. Money that could b

I'm fairly certain that car seats are not designed to have crumple zones. If you had enough pressure to cause the plastic of a car seat to collapse inwards, you most likely have way bigger problems on your hands.

I agree and I'm sure that for everything you do, there could always be something better in hindsight. I was mostly referring to things that you put lots of time into, but don't get much long-term value in return. For example gamin

Why is it assumed that the safety of the car seat is compromised because of installing a camera? There is plenty of void space inside of a car seat. The only foam sections of the seats I have are around the head-area. The rest is just plast

I think that if you do something for large amounts of time, but doesn't bring you much value then it could be considered wasted. The problem is people probably don't realize it's been wasted until later. I used to play a lot

The US population is nearly 5x of the UK, has a much larger area and perimeter, and is more wealthy (7.8x total GDP, 1.3x per capita). This no doubt makes drug trafficking not only easier, but also much more profitable in the US vs UK. It w

Could it be that there are more opportunities in the US for criminals to make money, hence a higher prison population? The US has the third largest population and highest GDP.

My most-hated thing is bringing up the brightness controls. Not intuitive, and isn't explained when you first set up the iPad. Sometimes it even takes me several attempts because I'm not close enough to the corner I guess.
