Unless I'm a lawyer, I wouldn't trust myself to ensure I'm compliant with all laws. Would probably have to hire lawyers/do an audit which if you're just starting out might not have much money for. Money that could be better spent improving your product so you can provide a service and also make money. Doesn't mean you can't try your best to be compliant, I still think no matter what you wont know for sure until you hire a third party.
