Some time about there was a discussion that the wiki you linked isn't really updated anymore. I'm also skeptical if .dev will ever be open to registration.

Sorry, I meant DNSCrypt (I thought I edited it soon enough). DNSCrypt is meant to be more about the last leg encryption/integrity/authenticity guarantee (compared to DNSCurve atleast) between a client and (caching) server. I agree

Any interest in implementing DNSCrypt? I feel DNSSEC alone is useless since one can't guarantee integrity to the DNS resolver.

It was a bit confusing since he talks about typosquatting. He also talks about credentials sent unencrypted when SSL is off, which further makes everyone question the validity of his claims. But he did find a vulnerability in iOS's M

DNS hijacking shouldn't result in credential compromise if TLS is implemented properly. TLS is implemented here, but incorrectly (hold on) because the credentials are sent as soon as the validation fails and a dialog shows up (about th

If it can detect the messages, then why not immediately decrypt on page load? Wouldn't that avoid the 'two click' problem you were talking about?

Your idea is really good. Have you thought about having the extension read all of the page, look for PGP encrypted message and automatically decrypt the message? It wouldn't be compute intensive if you optimized for a specific website.

I imagine many would also like to show support towards the author of the paper. But the money paid for the paper pretty much only goes to the publisher. Weirdly, sometimes the author has to pay the publisher to get published. And then the p

You might want to look into the history of net-tools and iproute2. `net-tools` was a big UNIX thing. That is the reason FreeBSD still uses it. Since 2001 (!) `net-tools` hasn't been developed (!= supported) in linux. That's a heck
