A single C7000 is 10U in height and can house 16 half height blades. If they are using full height blades it houses eight. A typical enclosure is 36U, 42U, or 45U so it's certainly plausible the enclosure that was seized housed multiple bla

You are making an assumption that his blade server wasn't covered by the warrant. It's much more likely that the warrant was quite broad and allowed for the FBI to take exactly what they did. This has proven to be the case throughout the ye

Pop pop boats are real and have been around for a long time, I had a couple when I was a kid and it was fun to play with. You can see some more examples of pop pop boats and read some history here: http://www.nmia.com/~vrbass/pop-pop/

It's doubtful the evidence was illegally obtained. The warrant was probably for the hardware, and was probably overly broad allowing for the removal of more than was necessary. That's been the routine since at least the mid 90s. There are p

While Washoe and Clark counties are the two largest with Reno and Las Vegas being the two largest population centers there's a large rural and conservative population that prevents many progressive laws from passing.

My comment was much too general and for that I apologize. It all depends on which law or section of law specifically you end up breaking. A first offense for knowingly hiring an undocumented worker will be met with fines and the fines incre

Working on this issue how? Trying to find/provide work for these people or simply trying to change the law. There's a big difference between the two and knowingly employing an undocumented worker (illegal alien) is a felony.
