I had a manager like that. The bottom line is who he was talking to. Every decision was based on not losing face or winning the current meeting and if that meant affecting earlier decisions, he could roll the current meeting back also, no?

As someone who has been reading the comments and laughing, let me explain how it works where we are You need a panel of 8 to interview a candidate. One of the 8 must be the hiring manager, but sometimes that does not happen (very rare) so h
