I don't think it's 'missing', it's more like they opted out of having it. Hangouts is going towards integration with SMS and is supposed to work the same way (i.e. you send a message to someone regardless of their s

I wonder how much money they are making selling their content to foreign networks vs. the amount they could make opening their online service up globally. I am assuming that if they did open it up globally, they would not be able to sell th

Wouldn't investing that money in a 'real' camera be more ideal though? I feel that most phones these days have pretty adequate cameras for their most common use-cases (Instagram, facebook, some holiday/party snaps, etc.)

About 90% of the people I know who own an Iphone also own a case for it. So yes, it's always in your hand, but most people don't get to enjoy the feel, the thinness, or even the design.

I would not believe any of the numbers in that article. Just look at the numbers for Paris vs Munich. Paris is higher in everything but is ranked one behind Munich.

That's a really cool site, I wish I knew about it when I was looking for a flat in London. How do you compare to the more popular sites such as Zoopla?

A $500 watch will certainly still have much use 10+ years from purchase. It might have minor scratches but that's it. A smart watch will probably not even power on 5 years from purchase (due to bad battery); or be able to pair with you

I had a similar experience staying at a high-rise hotel in Tokyo. My whole room flashed up every 2 seconds as the adverts scrolled over, similar to when a police car with lights on drives by your window. You'd definitely want to invest

Why would it be downvoted? I think this is akin to posting a link to a page in a language that is not English. Surely there would be many comments reflecting the users' annoyance of having to use Google translate to read the page; no m

That's how I have it working here in the UK as well and I think most people do. A couple of hours after 6pm and a couple of hours just before you wake up. All controlled from a simple timer. Yes, Nest would be a fancier solution, but I
