Honestly, I've never seen another product here getting a post for every minor build! Nice to see such a die-hard fan base! But, please, face the reality - many have moved over to Atom already and are not looking back. Atom is alive, th

Sorry, I wanted to use "sh *t", but a single asterisk actually acts as a special formatting character. Too late, I can't edit it.

Bullshit (pun intended)! You confuse ethnicity with race. In California where I live, the ghettos are populated by the majority race [0]. Regarding the spelling, I used the OP's spelling to stress out. [0] https://en.wikiped

There's not one or two races in a ghetto - I've been in some myself, so, let's not abuse the "R" word. "Crazy sh t" is not swearing, not even profanity; it's just weak speech and a cliche that needs t

I'm sorry you're offended, maybe that's part of your lingo, too, but "crazy sh t" is ghetto talk. Indeed. A self-respected and honorable engineer pays attention to detail - not only in their work, but in their langu

What is the "baggage" of Java? This is just a JVM and Java's JVM has no much more baggage than any other implementation. In order for this to be practical in terms of performance, reliability, and so on, years have to pass an

Very insightful. I don't even consider DynamoDB as I don't want to deal with its complicated pricing model. Basically, in order for me to estimate the costs, I need to invest time and play with it, which I'm not gonna do if I

There are alternatives. Once you get use to it, it's actually not a problem. The only issue is people who are prone to temptations. I have trained myself to seek pleasures outside of food and food to me is just a necessity, not a sourc

What is the definition of "exercise" though? Running marathons and tens of miles a day? I never said that sedentary lifestyle is good, but more (when it comes to exercise and anything) is not necessarily better. Strength exercise

Intermittent Fasting and the 5:2 diets are good compromises. My concern with too much exercise is the tissue wear and the oxidative stress associated with aerobic exercise. There are studies that walking for 2 minutes every 20 minutes negat

Why do you need to "burn" any calories and boost your metabolism? If you care about longevity, you need to actually slow down your metabolism and restrict your caloric intake. Walking 30-45 minutes a day in the park is good enough

That's what I did, too. I want to create a Pi 2 blade server and use it for local docker PaaS (for builds, running tests, etc.), but can't find a good case for that. The dog bone one takes too much space and is too generic.
