This is not journalism, but clickbaitism! All the tricks new "media" does today are just disgusting. Breaking things into pages to increase page views and stuff, stupid ads all over the place especially inline to make you click by

If we need to compare value to price ratio using JetBrain's products, for example, $100 (discounted to $75) is a bit too much. I won't even compare to the free Atom, which thanks to plugins and architecture is turning quickly into

Time to bid a farewell and switch my mindset to Google Play, Vudu, and Amazon Instant Videos. I get less bang for my bucks with Netflix and I'm not into TV shows to justify with their "original" stuff. Why do they want to get

For stuff you use daily - not an issue, but having to install Python 3.3+, and then Peru, and then being able to do something with a third-party project would be a bit too much for some.

We're living in times of fakeness as our modus operandi - fake boobs, fake smiles, fake love skills (Viagra), fake friendliness, fake human rights, fake Eiffel tower (Vegas), fake everything. It's because people today lack class,

I've recently discovered PEG.js [0] and prototyped a small DSL in the browser [1]. Amazing stuff! I've dealt with ANTLR [2] before, but PEG.js feels so much nicer although it may not be as powerful! [0] http://pegjs.org

Users should boycott. Or at least developers should do at least. I had a paid account and I'm not gonna renew. Keeping apps away from my data is not something I will tolerate. I think LinkedIn needs us more than we need LinkedIn. The w

Although I can write a lot of my stuff in (much) higher-level languages like Python or even Perl, I prefer to do it in Bash. The thing that I hate the most is the lack of basic data structures - especially as function returns.
