Two engineers from a top AI company are planning to spin up a new company. This is almost —thought not quite yet— peak useless AI-startup non-news.

Your answer is already better than SO's, in terms of relevance to the question as asked.

But it misses the most obvious answer (and most likely where the question originated from): terminal, console, and shell often refer to the same thing . If one is following a tutorial and it says to “enter this command into your console”,

Classic Stack Overflow, willfully ignores the likely intent of the questioner, with pedantic answers which ignore the most common modern usages of the terms. Subtle condescension and authoritative declarations (“a console MUST be a piece o

I'm in the camp that believes Pixar quality has fallen, and I'm not surprised at the recent losses (COVID or not). Onward -- what a mess. The movie about walking pants. I could feel the churn of many story drafts they went throu

I still don't see a problem. If someone is not comfortable with being a second-tier worker, they shouldn't sign up for the TVC gig, because the rules of the job and the distinctions with FTE are explicitly stated. Know your own

I don't see the problem. The relationship of a TVC with the company is very clear cut. The reason the compensation rules are so strict is because there's a line of people waiting to sue Google if they blur the lines. Or is your
