There do exist physician assistants but they are terrible. Never met a good one. The lack of agency is what's primary here. You are never guaranteed to have the best care all of the time - even if you have the money.

A big hole in this article is that you need to find the very best learning resource there is. This is a must. Eg: For RL it would be Barto&Sutton book. Sometimes the best source is not intuitive. Eg: The best way to become a safe driver

The ludicrous 6% fee is whats going to drive adoption by end users and in turn by brokers. Move that fee to 1% for buyer agent and you have a massive market.
