Persuasion is mind manipulation. Facts and truth should be stated as plainly and objectively as possible. It is up to each person how they decide to handle it. Being kind is highly subjective and a slippery slope.

I like the open and public way of handling such matters. You won't have much transparency in private and that is dangerous. However, i am against their decision. All these "community guidelines" and "code of conduct"

Microsofts failure in mobile has simply been due to the fact that they weren't able to excite users with hardware. This changed with the Surface line.

I like the new logo a lot. But i very much dislike the fact that they seriously crippled the pdf and ebook functionality in the new browser. Especially since they also killed the old pdf Reader app and forced people to use the old Edge brow

We are fortunate enough to be given another example of the dangers of centralized cloud computing. It is extremely risky to use services like Github. We saw the same thing recently with Adobe blocking Venezuela.
