When I turn off WiFi, I expect it to remain off and not just decide to turn back on whenever I find a new network. Any other behavior is dark UX. Ignoring the security implications, it has implications on battery life.

I think it's important to hammer in the distinction into the minds of the public. The takeaway being that one should not treat coinbase as a wallet and thus should never leave coin in their accounts. For example my boss lost coin trust

I vomit within 30min of taking even the most minute amount of magnesium supplements. Multivitamins seem to be fine but magnesium alone in anything but a trace amount causes an allergic reaction. Are you saying that if I can put up with vomi

Thanks for your answer. I didn't know single-engine operation in a 2-engine jet was even a possibility. Planes are so crazy.

I don't know much about commercial planes and I've never flown commercial so forgive my ignorance, but I assume that the 4 engines of the 747 allow for redundancy in case of engine failure in long overseas flights? And is there an

I'm glad other people perceived the delays and realized they were unacceptable and indicative of something bad as well as bad management / development practices. Some people have tried telling me in the past that I'm full of

Oh, there were signs. Just because you couldn't see them doesn't mean they didn't exist. I moved my coin from Mt.Gox about a month before the last major hack because just the thought of using it made the hairs on the back of

1080p movies can vary quite a bit in size. How many audio channels? How many languages? Lossy or lossless audio? What kind of compression has been done to the video itself? How many keyframes? And what is a decent collection of media? With

I experimented with the Whonix setup while I was running a Qubes workstation and I was extremely impressed with the architecture. I also read through their wiki and was quite impressed at thorough explanations of the TOR network and opsec i

Sure thing! After you spend a few days with it, I'd love to hear how you compare it to 3DCoat. I've considered picking up 3dCoat not for its texturing but its voxel workflow.

Came into this thread kinda pissed, but after reading more about the case... it's wrong to send unsolicited nudes of yourself to someone no matter how old you are. The kid should definitely receive some kind of reprimanding. Jail? I do
