Isn't this endemic in beaches throught the country? I grew up in NY and one summer job I had was testing beaches for bacteria levels. Most beaches were one rainy day away from being closed down, and they were certainly nowhere near Mex

Hmm, that doesn't really seem fair. That's _a_ problem, and an incredibly difficult one. There are several other problems though, with git and other contemporaries that one could try to usefully solve.

Is git conflict resolution "intuitive and easy to use not just for programmers, but also for lawyers and artists"? Several programmers I know can barely manage it. I think we might be setting our bar a little high here.

People are always terrified of these microbes that are millions or billions of years out of context. It's like being scared that a trout is going to beat you in a foot race, when you're racing tigers every day. The things to be sc

I noticed that as well, the fix for me is pretty easy: just create the account in bitwarder first and then autofill it in the actual account creation page. No extra work, and becomes habit quite quickly.

There's no leads to follow that could reasonably get us there. What's the point spending time on it? NASA does engineering, not scifi.

That's not to mention delays in work too. Every time there's a "quenching" event at the LHC, that's days/weeks/months fixing everything and getting it back down to temp. I seem to recall they had to shut d

It's an easy thing to attempt to replicate, and it's probably _the_ single biggest goal in a particular field of science in at least decades. It's impossible that at least some people didn't drop everything to try it.

Durham had years and his only goal was to discredit the investigation. All he came up with was bullshit. That's more than evidence of absense. It's not absolute proof that everything was above board, but it's very suggestive.
