I'm not sure anybody is implying it's evil to point it out. imho, it's not evil, just a little sad to accept things as they are and 'deal with it'.

Your site seems to be down. Think about moving the code over to Heroku now, and keep scaling to meet demand. If you don't have the cash, email me and I'll front you what you need to keep it up until you figure out how you want to roll with

A wanted truth is always stronger than an evidenced truth Ouch. That one hit me hard. What I would give to switch that around in myself.

The governance structure and voting system is very close to the one the Apache foundation uses for its projects. The retrospectives and 360 compensation system is our innovation, and is untested (except on us!)

You're spot on that it would be almost impossible to approach an already entrenched mgmt system with this unproven model. It's also true that there's an overhead with using the system, but that's the end of our agreement. Because folks only

Not a direct answer to your question, but the fact that your son has a father who is asking himself that question already gives him a huge head start.

Great questions. The individual sessions are the main differentiator. The hotspots are too general. I can't see if users are skipping parts, or re-watching parts. And if they are, how many times are they re-watching.
