Looks neat. Seems entirely impractical from keycaps, to the staggered layout, complete with non-existent ergonomics and the odd choice of non-knurled knobs. But, neat.

I don't get the hype around IPV6 from this angle. I'm going to slap tailscale on it anyway. I also think the topic is 100% orthogonal to OS choice

I knew halfway through your comment that I was going to end up agreeing with where you were going. We're so close to having a decent Android tablet, with maybe a new Firefox for tablets, with USB-C DP out. 90% of the time I also would

I can type significantly faster with GBoard, swipe or not, than I could on any physical phone keyboard ever. Blackberries, the G1, Droid OG. No way I'd ever take those over GBoard. But iOS users don't really know what they'

I love watching my friends and family use Siri. Maybe 20% of the time it does what they want first try. 40% of the time they end up unlocking the phone and tapping the screen. Sounds infuriating to me. (To be clear, I don't have any al

I sort of know how things these go, so I know it would be a guess, but I'm curious how soon you think even kicking the tires on it would be. It's hard for me to get a feel when I've looked at the couple of userspace translate

Qualcomm waited just long enough to get decent Linux support going. Now instead of buying a capable Aarch64 laptop as soon as possible, Qualcomm has to compete with the fact that I can perfectly play Halo from Linux on x86_64-linux via Prot

Docker is literally doing nothing there but getting you a qemu binary. There are countless better, more efficient ways to do that. Namely nix. If "running a VM" is somehow simpler with docker, you should really think about what Do

Thanks! For another tip, it goes equally ironically well at rallies for folks trying to impose governmental control over individuals' medical decisions. Turns out there's more than professionalism at stake. I'd link the Gadsd

It's just framing, imo. Yes, I need to work to survive, but I'm not going to lose sight of the plot. My boss is not my dad, I don't care about his approval or making him happy beyond the confines of my job. And if/when I

Networkmanager is a nightmare for this. So easy to pull in webkitgtk or gnome.online accounts. A travesty. And of course you need to use it if you need modemmanager, joy.
