While your at it, don't buy insurance, wear a seatbelt, or back up your files. Most likely nothing bad will happen if you consider the odds.

This looks really cool, nice work. +1 for CodeIgniter (and maybe Laravel while you're at it).

Thank you for giving me the title for my upcoming book: "Make a shitton of money with your text editor: a genius stockpicker's guide to bedding the women of your dreams." Advance praise from Armando Montelongo.

Interesting to see a budget host enter this arena, but it makes sense. Pricing culled from the press release: - Usage billing: 7 cents per month - Prepaid: plans go below 5 cents to store 50 TB or more - Transfer out: 7 cents per GB

Starting with the data is sage advice. Reminds me of a Robert Bringhurst quote that smacked me in the face when I read it: "Typography exists to honor content."

Sad story, I hate hearing about businesses going belly-up. But when I read "the 3-Days were 75% of our business" it gave me pause...

Evernote is a fantastic app and not hard to use or overly complicated. I agree with you on the Skitch integration, the startup screen has driven me bonkers. My guess is that they'll sort it out, the last release seemed a little better.

I applaud your ambition and intitiative. Many experienced programmers should take note of how you socialized with other human beings (multiple times!) to get the gig. Enthusiasm is underrated.

I stumbled upon Fuller while doing research for a college class. His story stuck with me. From Wikipedia: At 32 his daughter died, he became bankrupt, and almost gave up. Instead he By age 32, Fuller was bankrupt and jobless, living in publ
