I don’t have the money to hire a lawyer for this, unless I’m able to pay the lawyer out of the 250k.

But it can’t be income if he has to give it back, which is the starting assumption here.

This isn’t true in my experience in the US. House purchase wired to slightly wrong account number. Stressful that money hadn’t shown up at closing, but it was resolved within a day.

That’s an absurd analogy that doesn’t fit at all. FB uses the data it can’t find or tell you anything about to successfully sell ad space to third parties targeted back at you. Let’s make it concrete. We know FB keeps track of which webpage

I feel that after a few hours of not eating. Is feeling it or not feeling it the sign that I've reached the necessary effect?

You’re begging the question. They are only offenders at all because the law against residential use has been passed. The claim is that it’s a useless law, and your response is to say that people should be punished under the law.

This... could backfire tremendously. It's like they really don't realize how dependent we all are on truck-delivered goods. Now that the supply chain crunch is getting under control, let's make it worse again!

We aren’t talking about an investigation. We’re talking about an FBI agent intentionally hiding and destroying evidence. Exculpatory evidence.
