Probably true. The point is that most of these "need a real signature" requirements are arbitrary and inhouse. Not really legal requirements. So the processes could easily be done without.

Not to be meant snarky, but I think the office world should strive to print much less at all. Working at a University it is mind boggling to me how much paper is waster because someone internally decided they need a real signature. Not all

Using Zerotier for this for quite a while now and can confirm it is working quite nicely. TailScale might be an interesting alternative. Even more so as with headscale there is an Open Source server side implementation. Have not tested neit

Impressive indeed. But not sure whether I'd want a widget system built into my shell. Sort of breks the UNIX philosophy, doesn't it?

Makes me wonder, since there is evil mode and opinionated Emacs disributions like Spacemacs und Doom Emacs, whether there is a potential for an org-mode focussed and optimized Emacs distribution. Ease of use should be one of the core goals,

He does not seem to be a complete mindless dummy. Ever tried to contact and argue with him? I'd honestly watch that. Same thing with Jordan Peterson. I must not agree with his stand points and positions, but his arguments are compellin

Yeah we know. Does not keep me from cloning his st config. But yes, I liked watching his stuff much more when he was going thru his Linux/Dektop setup or advocating useful but little known command line tools. Not unlike Scott Adams. I

In the process of moving the mobility towards electrically powered vehicles all of Europe is going to need a lot more capacity. So all the disscussions about the hence and forth between France and Germany are quite moot.

Yeah, not taxing the rich also does not work. See the trillion Dollar tax break Pres. Trump and the GOP implemented. The savings were supposed to somehow trickle down to the "lower decks", but this has proven not to happen. Meanwh

USB to Midi cables usually still need a computer or a synth with USB host functionality. You can not connect a USB Midi controller to a 5 pin din midi synth.

Some synths offer a USB Midi host functionality like the 1010music Blackbox, the Deluge and most of the Raspberry Pi based synths like the Monome Norns.
