I actually feel for anyone that buys ad space for politics on Facebook as they obviously don't handle it particularly well. Tons of times in 2016 I saw ads for where someone was running for in-state legislature of another state entirel

I'm kind of in the same boat, although in time I've gradually become less negative about it. I, too, was wanting something that felt like a native peripheral but always found that it is a module you more or less have to hack a sol

I don't even understand why governments haven't made a case of this generally speaking. If an ad network allows this kind of behavior, they can be blocked by countries. Sites won't want networks that can't serve traffic

Exactly. Convince people Linux is worth moving to, but don't force them towards it. If memory serves, when Valve was initially getting their feet wet, publicly, with Linux, they were getting Left 4 Dead (1 or 2, can't remember) to

While I agree to a point, I do think the "wild west" nature of a lot of Win32 apps kind of prevented it as they couldn't manage the security. If there were some way to wrap the Win32 apps in their own individual sandboxes wit

Out of curiosity, are there any negatives for everyone to funnel their DNS traffic through a single provider? Might be paranoia, and it may in this case just be putting all of your traffic through company_a vs all of your traffic through co
