Although "selectively promoting" seems like a pretty mild conspiracy theory, I agree with you on the whole conspiracy theory angle. That kind of supporting evidence almost always lowers believability of the rest of an overall argument. Th

To summarize: fish oil is a polyunsaturated fat which has been experimentally shown to cause shrinking of the brain and gonads in animals as well as early aging. While there are short term benefits to using fish oil we still don't truly kn

I've used linode for a couple of years now and I've been very very happy with them. I use dnsmadeeasy for critical projects even though Linode has their own custom dns you can use, just to keep it separate.

I'm not sure if he mentions it in the article I linked but there's a podcast ( http://eluv.podbean.com/2008/10/10/eluv-live-interview-with-... ) where he talks extensively about oil (coconut in particular) and he touches on fish oil and wha

While this isn't directly about the article, anyone who regularly takes fish oil should read "The Great Fish Oil Experiment" by Ray Peat at http://raypeat.com/articles/articles/fishoil.shtml . That linked article goes in to way too much de

For some good reading on the subject, check out Ray Peat's article "Glycemia, starch, and sugar in context" at http://raypeat.com/articles/articles/glycemia.shtml . While not specifically about sugars, the Weston Price book is a good read

I'm not disputing the design of the package but I'm wondering how this is happening to so many people? When I got the droid the Verizon employee took it out of the box, activated it, configured it, and a few other things. They also handed m

I can't recommend Domo highly enough: http://www.okdomo.com/ . Great to work with, incredible design, fairly priced, and they can work with Rails/Django templates easy enough.

I'd switch from olive oil to coconut oil if possible -- much healthier. Olive oil still has about 10% pufa in it. Check out http://www.podbean.com/podcast-detail?pid=27477 for more info.

I can't recommend this book highly enough: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/1583870067 . Get an exercise ball (duraball is the best) and you can do a ton of work outs from your house. The dieting recommendations in the book are a bit out-d
