I don’t think active noise cancellation can work like you are hoping. Active noise cancellation works for a target location (your ear’s location) not for a general area. It works by wave superposition cancelling out the wave for the target

Personally I think Cortana is a better name than Windows Copilot because it can be used more generally and isn't generic. The name was like Alexa or Siri. Plus the Halo connection was cool.

That just says there’s flight pay and base compensation. It’s not much different than any salaried job where you happen to work extra hours some time, which dilutes your effective hourly rate, but it’s just part of the job.
