It is entirely possible to simply ignore that intelligence. And why wouldn't you, if you're safe and fed? Being stupid is easier - very much in line with evolution, too. It's hard not to notice that many people are... dumb, b

Well, it's hard to be happy when it requires you to actually be able to do what you want to do. Social hierarchy, resources and even brain chemistry are not in everyone's favour. Contentness can be learned, though. Or just use t

It kind of blew my mind to learn (and internalize) that everything burns under the right conditions (mostly temperature). Metals, bodies, water, everything.

Wow, this is... awesome! I was looking for something like this for a while, OneNote works but it's quite tedious. Just a canvas for mindmaps/diagrams/ideas. This is one of the reasons I keep coming here, to discover new, usef

Precisely, I just don't buy closed down stuff unless I absolutely have no other choice. I don't care how good the games are, they're ultimately entertainment, which is at the very bottom of the list when it comes to spending.

They didn't disappear, they moved online. You modify your own console, download the cracked games and burn your own physical media. Selling actual discs became less profitable (fewer buyers) and riskier (stronger enforcement). Also se

That is (very limited) intelligence imo. It's nothing more than a very complex, ever increasing set of procedures plus a huge amount of data and a fast processor. I mean, the more you know about something, the less "magic"

Yeah, that'd probably work better in email phishing. I was thinking, if you have a public AP with a decent number of users, you redirect all of their requests to your phishing domain, get the credentials, ???, profit.

Maybe people should abandon these cities. It's sunk cost fallacy, I think? This land is valuable, therefore we'll invest enormous resources into keeping it livable, creating even more climate change, requiring even more investment

Why is the focus on arable land? Is it that important considering agriculture is ridiculously effective? Imo, any net gain would be offset by the massive energy use needed to offset climate change (in turn creating even more climate change)

Is it possible to have a valid certificate for, say, capіtalone.com? The only thing you could rely on is your browser not automatically entering the saved passwords. Funnily enough, I checked and the domain is available, so I guess such an

Do you create content, then? Articles, pictures, videos (especially well produced ones) of the various processes would be very interesting and could supplement your income pretty well (ads, sales/orders, patreon/sponsors, etc).

As I said, it's not enough. As long as they exist, they're causing health problems. You just can't filter enough of the gases. But moving to full electric can solve that quite well (putting the dangerous emissions far away).
