Isn't there the same chance that any domain has that chance? I'm struggling to see how Slackstatus.com is any safer than status.slack.com. Genuinely curious - I'm not trying to start an argument:)

You totally can! I have a couple of apps that were made using it. There might even be a showcase on their site

The Godot engine. Don't have to build games with it. Gdscript is just as easy as basic, too. I suggest making a weekend app with it and learning

You can use the Godot engine to build apps. It has a very similar drag/drop UI. Double click for events, and gdscript is very easy to pickup. Reminds me of VB everytime I use it

Absolutely. My point is that it doesn't always go that way. He had his faults, but he could take string feedback. If I recall, he said something to the effect of "not many people speak to me like that. I forget how helpful it is

One thing I'll add - or maybe it expands on too technical of a leader - is when a brilliant outside hire is brought in to fill the arch/principal/whatever role. Then they start looking at the app and questioning every decisio

How is your taste? I lost it completely (not just a little or muted, but 100% gone) for about 5 weeks. It started to come back, but 18 months later things still don't taste right. Nothing is flavorful or stands out as delicious.

This made me wonder. Is there a not-for-profit SCM host that does act like a library?

I assume it is fine. The attic was reblown when the heat pump was installed. Rooms don't feel drafty. I would like to do whole house air sealing. I plan on doing as much as I can myself. (Sealing can lights, outlet covers, etc..)

We do the same thing. We have a main account for bills and any essential items. Then we each have an account (still joint, but separate) and we put money in both every pay. Think of it as an allowance :) I don't care what she spends he

I've been using Howdy for a year now on an XPS 9500. It has been stable, fast, and super convenient. Thank you for making this available

I just bought a Tacoma. To be clear, the "remote start" is not what you are paying for. You subscribe to their remote connect service, and that is only one aspect. You can also see where your car is in near-realtime, set a speed g

Well done! I've been seeing your project around Twitter and IndieHackers lately. Very smart to cross-link it over. Even if is doesn't cause conversions now, it might be the seed to a few later.

As a "fast talker" myself, I feel the need to point out there is a difference between talking fast and responding fast. I will often take a second or two before I answer anyone, but when I do (and if I am excited) I talk too fast.

I agree with that. Most of the time I'm just wanting to capture a window though. So the capture -> crop (carefully) is just tedious. Being able to snag the active window would be enough :)

I have been using this since I saw you post it on Reddit. I like it; my only request is that it would be nice if I could screenshot a window or selected area. As it stands now, I have to screenshot the desktop and crop what I want. Not a de

I had this same realization a few years ago. One day it just hit me that I was working for a site for free. Answer questions, "moderating" content, etc... Worse yet, you ask a question and it gets closed as a "duplicate"
