There is actually a huge vacuum right now and it's in the "country" space. There is an opening in the market for a well-run nation-state that offers (1) independence, particularly from US influence, (2) pro-entrepreneurship,

If it's a commodity business then take your capital out and trade pork bellies from home instead. Regardless I'm quite pleased with Stripe and I'm not a developer. I just use it with a mobile app.

Reading about the triggers made me think about depression as something that may have evolved as a defense/protection mechanism. It's clear he pursued far too much, especially physically, that year. Perhaps humans evolved to become

I know people in the industry. They have a terrible reputation and treat their maids horribly. They were also caught buying fake yelp reviews.

As the labor force moves away from manufacturing to "knowledge-based," I'm not sure why you think population growth will occur in rural areas. Knowledge wants to be near knowledge, growth will continue to be concentrated in l

There's no reason why the customer should bear that burden rather than the owner. The owner can figure out how to implement a profit sharing/incentivization scheme just like every other business! If I work at an Apple store and we
