I make my own bread, it's cheaper and waaaay less sugar. Wonder bread isn't bread, plus if you have gut flora issues with gluten, leave the dough in fridge for a week to ferment and then bake that up with some olive oil brushed on

Good thinking, make sure you have some potential customers in mind and try to rope them in for feedback. Verticals like Senior Care I think would go for this over the current MSP managed systems. They have high turn over and low tech invest
