The users are not at fault here. Even a SSH or VPN will leave them vulnerable to attacks. Companies (Facebook, Twitter, etc.) have to increase their own security, because they are the only ones that can fix this problem.

There's nothing wrong with being a pay day loan company. Their interest rates (500% or more) are through the roof for making high risk loans that no other bank will touch. high risk = high reward

"Collusion" can occur at the angel level even if it's only the top 10 angels. However, there's nothing wrong with them discussing deals and the proper valuation for a company.
