"Collusion" can occur at the angel level even if it's only the top 10 angels. However, there's nothing wrong with them discussing deals and the proper valuation for a company.
- gthank 16y agoDiscussing "the proper valuation for a company" is pretty much begging a regulator to at least investigate price-fixing.
