I have an April Fool's issue (circa 87-88 or so) of the developer newsletter in box somewhere. Self-referential, silly... I kind of miss that Apple.

Sent to Germany at the war’s end, Mullin eventually came across that technology at a radio station... Fun trivia: that radio station was in Bad Nauheim, Germany, which is where Elvis Presley was stationed during his stint in the US Army.

You can be given a DUI even if you are sitting in the driver's seat with the engine turned off. Sitting in that seat means you are still in control of the car as far as the law sees it.

"At Google, our philosophy is that “rollbacks are normal.” When an error is found or reasonably suspected in a new release, the releasing team rolls back first and investigates the problem second" Well this all makes sense now.

The map is missing a large number of island nations in the Caribbean region. Haven't scanned Europe yet but Malta is definitely not there. Did the AI filter these as too small?

Yeah, we drove Moore's Law into a wall about a decade ago. Getting smaller and cheaper is now exponentially more expensive and slower to achieve. Call ASML and ask when you can get an EUV machine delivered.
