That's not quite right. I've been selling on Amazon for 6+ years and have lost selling privileges a few times (every time due to an issue with our order management software). Sometimes dealing with it was as you described. But I c

Weird. I definitely haven't seen phone numbers in our Pro account in 5+ years. I'll have to see if I can pull it from the API, but there's definitely no where on the site that shows me phone numbers.

I don't think this is right... I've been selling on Amazon for years and have never seen buyer phone numbers. I just logged in, and it doesn't show it when viewing an order on the site, nor does it come through in the order m

I'm not "looking for any reason [I] can think of to disregard the results". I'm just saying that based on the fact we were given it's naive to jump to the "religious bias" conclusion that they (and other p

I appreciate the statistics even though I don't really understand them all that well. Since you seem fairly knowledgable of statistics (though I know a lot of people here are too, so other chime in too if you want), could a case be mad

I've been shipping over 1000 packages per month (mostly domestic, within US to within US, but probably about 10-15% of those are from the US to other countries) for the last several years. Always via USPS. The USPS loses a lot of mail,

Not really sure exactly what you mean, but unless I'm mistaken, all FBA items have all shipping methods Amazon offers, since they're being shipped from Amazon's warehouses just like all of Amazon's products.

Good questions and it's great to hear this take on things. Cars play a large role in America. I don't know all the history about how it came to be this way, but I can make some guesses... * America is very big, and a lot of the se

I don't think that's really all that relevant. The two activities at hand (hacking networked cars vs. throwing a brick off a bridge) appeal to two different types of people. Also one can (theoretically) be done from the comfort of

Also, precedence can definitely matter in law sometimes. For instance, if someone does not enforce a patent or a copyright, that can sometimes lead to loss of such patent/copyright protections. Indeed, this isn't all that similar

re: Gamecube... How big of a market do you think there will be for 15 year old iPhones? As expensive as they are, I think they will hold much less retro appeal than old game systems.

I might have my timelines confused a bit, but I could swear HDMI was not mass-adopted back when the Gamecube was out... I think DVI was the main digital video standard back then.
