But again, what you're saying here is purely anecdotal. Actually, it may not be, but I have absolutely no idea because the way you are presenting it is in a purely anecdotal way.

No offense to you personally, but it's kind of disconcerting that this is the top comment. You've outright admitted to only having "used to run a bit" -- and not very much, at that. But then go on to promote barefoot run

Well in fairness I think they are doing just this. Aren't they building a tunnel at SpaceX HQ using the boring machine?

I commented a little earlier. IANAL. I just find this all interesting for some reason. But it seems that what happened is that Mikkelson and his wife owned the underlying company ("Bardav", it's called), 50/50. They got

No she did not! That's my point. She sold her 50% interest to 5 individual shareholders who also happened to be "members" (not sure what that means, legally speaking) of Proper Media. Proper Media itself could NOT be an owner

I'm not a lawyer, and I don't read a lot of lawsuits by any stretch, but this actually makes Proper Media sounds like a bunch of assholes who are trying to seize control of a company they have no right to. Paragraph 5 itself state

There are a handful of web-based UIs that have been built. And I believe Hashicorp offers one with their enterprise product. But from what I can gather they all still have a bit more of a learning curve than your average password manager.

My impression of Vault is that it is more useful for automated situations. How useful is it as a shared password manager? Do you have non-technical folks using it? And if so, how are they interacting with the vault?

But that's what's implied. It's right there in the tweet: > Just received verbal govt approval for The Boring Company to build an underground NY-Phil-Balt-DC Hyperloop. NY-DC in 29 mins. Obviously they'll need to be _

I'm using Enpass, too. Your sentiments mirror mine exactly. In general I'm surprised they are not getting more press. Perhaps if they were more explicit and open about their underlying data format (the SQLite+SQLCipher database)?

Unfortunate they had to exclude Javascript. I understand why they chose to do that, but that's a HUGE chunk of data that's been pretty much randomly ignored. So can this really be considered a fair analysis given that?

Do you work out or exercise at all? I can't see that working for folks that do. Or do you take any medications that might inhibit your hunger? For example Adderall tends to be an appetite suppressant.

Wow not sure why there's so much hate in the initial comments here. I've been using Wallabag for months now as an open source replacement for Pocket and it's been great. They've got great mobile clients, too, which is re

In the US, and North Carolina specifically (where Duke University is located) it's still the 30th. So you're probably good. At least for another 3 hours (it's 2pm there now).

This is awesome! I can't tell you how many times I've clicked that link expecting it to take me to something more specific about pronouncing the word rather than just a generic page about IPA.

Really not looking forward to this change in tipping. One thing I really love about services like this is that I don't have to worry about dealing with tips. They already have ratings, why not just adjust pay based on driver ratings? T

I don't think anyone is suggesting what is written here _actually_ happened. The point is that you are correct -- most interviews are not so stupid as to ask obscure Excel questions that are not relevant. That just doesn't happen.

From the way we've seen most schools respond to these types of reports from students you have to wonder if you were lucky that you couldn't figure out how to report it!

It amazes me to read the comments on articles related to e-cigarettes. Everyone is quick to point out any potential flaws -- or even point out that this is still _better_ than regular cigarettes. I suspect it's like taking a time machi

I understand the concerns. They're absolutely valid. But I suspect a huge, multinational corporation like Walmart has likely done their due-diligence here. Or maybe I'm just feeling optimistic today.

I use enpass, which supports Linux. It's not open source, but it's built on an open source sqlite extension called SqlCipher. That doesn't guarantee the applications that use it are solid, but I like the tradeoff it provides
