Well if that's the case - that he's actually buying shares in some underlying company - then I'm just misunderstanding. Again, my knowledge is very superficial here - at a glance it looks like Kucoin is just an exchange for o

Maybe I'm misunderstanding what Kucoin Shares are. Are they not just shares in other bitcoin markets? It looks to me like it's just a "currency exchange", really. Or are you actually buying shares in some underlying comp

I wouldn't agree with that. First, Uber drivers are roaming the streets constantly, so it's likely there will be one within close proximity to you. Or at least much more likely than an ambulance, which are usually stationed at fix

To me, it's not "very much like [you'd] use US dollars" at all. You didn't actually buy anything, did you? You used it to trade more bitcoins. I mean, if people were just pushing around dollars, exchanging them with

I'm not sure they've recognized anything . They go through this consolidate-branch cycle pretty regularly with so many of their products.

Then they seem to randomly consolidate (I believe Hangouts was supposed to bring all that together, including SMS), only to do a complete 180 a few months later and split everything up again. I mean it's kind of absurd at this point.

Very interesting and informative! As someone who knows nothing about this field, this was a really great summary! (I can only assume it's accurate unless someone chimes in to claim otherwise).

I wouldn't call this a "trend" - I haven't seen an increase in this type of thing (in fact, I've seen a decrease in usage). It is insanely annoying, though. I suspect some unqualified upper-management person randoml

I can't help but get the sense that this is just a closed-minded way to think about things. Yes, if you've been studying transportation for decades you have probably got drilled into your head that "this is how public transit

Just curious, but what was the ultimate "fix" you landed on? Did you simply move the machine out of the path of the sun? Add a visor or something to the screen or window? Add something to cool the device down when it overheats? Sw

Always nice to see competition... But I've been poking around this site for a few minutes and I can't find anything convincing me why I would need or even want to use this. There's no real "getting started" guide. N

You would need 100% test coverage to be certain you're not going to break something, though. And that's generally unheard of.

Same happened to me. And there was no way to close it. I did a hard refresh and it loaded again without the popup - I'm guessing it's on a time delay? Either way, super annoying.

Based on the ReSharper reference you've got tunnel vision for .Net apps. Now do that with a bloated Rails code base. Or some other dynamic programing language. It's not even remotely that simple. You sure that view isn't bein

That's probably the initial build, though, right? If you've already got dev-server running and it has to rebuild, it shouldn't have to rebuild the entire bundle again.
