Was it ever suggested that qdrop.pub was run by "Q" themself? I'm not familiar with the site, but just looking at it it seems to be little more than a "search results" page for 8ch posts with a particular tripcode.

One thing I find handy for visualizing large quantities is to imagine it as a giant cube. 28 trillion tonnes of ice is a cube measuring 31 km on each side. ³√(28ᴇ15 kg / 916.8 kg/m³) ≈ 31 km Though even this technique falls down i

It's a shame that 'glob is a generator' did not become the standard way of doing things. It would save so much headache (and make writing programs easier) if command * (or similar syntax) expanded to something like

It's not clear if those floors are empty for structural reasons; if they were habitable, the building would have to be shorter, which is obviously not ideal from a revenue perspective.

Has anyone seen anything about attempts to charge/prosecute people who attempt this? I haven't seen any reporting on it, but it seems like it would make for a good long-form article.

This is not a weather bulletin meant for public consumption. It is a semi-formal "area forecast discussion"[1], aimed at other meteorologists. [1]: https://w1.weather.gov/glossary/index.php?word=AREA+FORECAST.

From the FDA's 2 July press release[1], it sounds like ingestion was the culprit. While it is absorbed through the skin, the rate is low: I found a study[2] that suggests 8 mg/cm^2/h. I'd be more concerned about the vapo
