Why meta is not fully banned in the EU is beyond me :) I know banning or forcing meta to obey laws in the US is impossible due to bribes (political contributions), but in the EU I would think meta could at the very least be reined in.

I actually moved my WEB Site to Gemini with a mirror on Gopher. My site is still active with links to the my G* Sites. I find maintaining both Gemini and Gopher is much easier than the WEB.

Well I did not read the article, but here is what I think. In the old days on an old 16 bit UNIX, I had to execute unlink to delete a file. So I would say the inode # will be removed from the directory entry, leaving the file in place. So
