You might find that you hate trying to "do" something with your curiosities. It might feel more work than fun after a while. But I suspect that if you love learning about lots of different things, you'd enjoy sharing those th

In the 20-44 age range, 1/500 - 1/1000 die. In 45-54 it's 1/100 - 1/200. And that's ignoring long-term complications from the disease. The numbers are a lot better now that vaccination is common, but how many p

This was my first thought too, though not the only part of the puzzle for me. There was actually a study put out by MAPS recently where they found that MDMA can be effective in treating social anxiety for people on the autism spectrum.

One of the biggest drawbacks for blockchain is that transactions can't be revoked after the fact (with the only exception being costly forks of the entire ledger), and there's no additional human oversight (like I'd get when

The SFPD seems genuinely uninterested in dealing with anything short of murder. Bike or safeway theft rings, out of control vehicle break-ins. SF feels like such a hellhole sometimes.

Hard to know if this guy was guilty or not, but online harassment forums are so toxic and yet there's no laws to really stop them. Reminds me of Near's sad death after years of harassment from kiwifarms ( https://kotaku.
